Wanted to get a nice base building workout in. Only thought about doing around 16 but one road lead to anouther and by the time I got home it was 20.15 on the garmin. Chest pain pretty bad for first 5.5 or so then it didn't really bother me on the run- returned later in the day. Just ran smooth and easy trying to see what kind of shape I was in. Felt good and never ran out of gas. I wasn't pacing myself at all but ended up just in front of the 7:00 guy- my pace time was 6:59 min/miles for the 20 miles. Legs feel good, I just hope to get over whatever it is that's wronge with my chest. May see a Dr. today. |
