Warm-up in around 8:10. 2 mile PR down the canyon in 11:39! First mile was 5:45, which is also a PR! I just think it is cool how 6 months ago I could only run one mile in 5:49.
Ran 3 more easy miles.
I really think not having dance class this week made me stronger, able to recover faster and focus all my energy on just running.
Did 2 more with Maddy! 9:57 down, and 10:10 back up. We talked the whole way, she is the best!
