| I talked to a lot of friends today. Video chatted a new dear friend from Russia for 2 hours, in Russian! Got to teach her some English also and tell her more about my religion. I hope one day she would like to join the church, but it might take a while.
I am just so overjoyed for the gospel in my life!! I am so thankful for the love I am able to feel for others. I was never able to feel so much love for others before, because I didn't apply the gospel to my life. I am so thankful that I can change and become better through Christ!

| 46:53. Last quarter was 1:22, it felt unusually easier than normal. Usually this speed takes a lot of effort.
Today I tried to study for a few hours but was unable to think straight. Thought I was tired but I really just needed to run. Also just feeling inadequate and stressed, but like always, running got rid of all those feelings. It is just so incredibly how much good a little run can do!

| 3x1000 at the track. 3:46, 3:49, 3:41. The first 2 I just paced awfully. Maybe the wind contributed, it was around 9 mph. Did better than Saturday without pacing so that is good!
3 more in around 24:20 (last mile was 7:26).

| 3 in 23:54, later did 2 in 15:45, then 1 after dance in 8:19. Not enough time to run.
At dance I was unusually very flexible today, just thought it was weird. At night it was so peaceful running in the calm snow.
I don't understand why I feel like I never have enough time. The one thing I stress most about is feeling like I'm never doing enough. I think I need to manage my time better. I only work a part time job, but somehow I can never get enough school done in the day. I am going to plan my days out better, I'll see if that helps me be less stressed.

Easy pace feels easier. I ran way to close to dance class so I was tired.
I managed my time better but still am not getting all of the things done, need to stop procrastinating for my run also.

| 5k race, 21:33. I still am having problems with too much mucus and coughing, I think it is the cold weather, because it started when it got cold. Maybe I just need to ignore it better and focus on running.
I was too worried about breathing I didn't even feel as tired as a 3k, need to push more.
