7:48. Worked 9.5 hours. I have been seriously burnt out mentally from school and anxiety. I am so excited for this semester to end. I am extremely behind in all my school.

Did one and then 3x1200. Did the first in 4:17, the 200 recovery was about 1:00. The second was in 4:30 with a 4 min rest. Did the last with Stevie in 4:25. I was struggling behind him but somehow kicked the last quarter in 85. Did the rest in about 8:10 pace. I know I am much slower from the beginning of the year. I think I'll improve when I finish this semester.

7:11. I'm trying to fight burnout and I think the best option is to run less. Worked 7.5 hours. I had very good energy all day. I just feel tired mentally.

Did not do a workout out because I did not earn it this week from bad training. I did that on purpose though so I could study better and be less burnt out. It helped and I feel much better.
