Tried to do 3x1200. Got 4:18 and 4:25, tried to do one more but struggled to do 0.5 in 3:01. Ran home around 8 min pace.
Did 4 in around 32:30, then did 2 later in 16:36.
Around 8:15 pace.
One mile warmup then ran the USATF 5k. Got 22:20 I think the first kilometer was 4:05, don't know the rest. I got a super slow time but it was very hard. Ran one more mile at 9:00 pace.
