Then a little later did a 3x1000 track workout. 3:44.6, 3:46.4, 3:54. It was going well for the first 2 but the last one I had to cough a lot. My lungs have had a lot of mucus for some reason lately, and it usually doesn't affect my running too much, but it really did today. I also feel like my breathing seems a little more panicked than it should. I wonder if it is an allergy, or air, or diet problem or something.
