3 in the afternoon in 23:42, and 3 at 11pm in 23:43 (last quarter was 84). I can finally go easy pace after 10 days of injuring my ankle! First problem free run! I am so grateful for running.

3.1 miles downhill to the track in around 23:00. 1000 meters at the track in 3:29.15. 200m-38, 400m-1:17, 600m-2:02, 800m-2:47.
3.1 miles uphill back home in around 26:00.

My ankle was completely fine, just a little tight. No problems. I could have ran the 1000m better if I ran less miles before it, and if I just pushed harder, I settled too much in a more comfortable pace. My running form feels even better, and it feels good to go fast.

3 in the afternoon in 25:25. I am very sore from running 3 miles uphill yesterday and from dance class. 
In the evening, me, my mom, and my sister Addie hiked the Y. Addie gave up halfway through. She rarely exercises. I am just grateful for my life decisions, exercising diligently makes me free and happy. I feel like there should be no reason for her to be weak. When I can hike all the way and she can barely do half, I am realizing how important healthy habits are for your life. 

Did a little bonus to avoid running into deer. 
2 at night in 17:25. Still very sore.

0.2 with Gideon in 2:35, he cried the whole time. 
2 at night after dance class in 16:13, last quarter was 86.
Dance class was pretty hard, it is very intense so I am exhausted.

16:49. I am very exhausted after dance. Still sore, but in different places from dance class. I'm proud I even got out the door.

I just want to run and dance is getting in the way. I love Irish dance so much, but I don't see any reason to continue. Running benefits me in so many more ways, and is much easier to keep up with. I still have to go to regionals for dance, but I'll probably dance a lot less afterwards to focus on running.

2 miles down the canyon in 12:32 with Joseph pacing. 6:00 for the first mile, last quarter was 91. There was strong headwind. Started struggling after 3/4 mile. Still sore and I think a little overtrained. 
3 miles in 25:03.

Half a mile with Gideon in 5:33 in the stormy rain/slush.
