3 in the morning in 21:41. 2 at night in 14:33. Last half was 3:00.

38:58 at night. Last half was 3:00. I just think it is super cool how without even looking at my watch I can pace the half mile perfectly!

37:20. Last half was 2:59. My runs are going very good. I just think I should eat better food, and at better times of the day.

46:43. At night I did all 5 miles and then drove to the track with Addie(she was my cheerleader) and did 1 mile in 5:59 in the dark. 1:23, 2:58, 4:31, 5:59. I am super happy that it wasn't that hard. I did some weight workouts yesterday and my calves were super sore the entire run (each step hurt). But good thing it didn't hinder the track workout. The mile felt more relaxed compared to last week, but still struggled at the end. Next week I start dance class again from summer break. I am very nervous because I am certain I will be overtrained. I'll have to be very careful. Hopefully I don't have to run less but most likely will.
