46:43. At night I did all 5 miles and then drove to the track with Addie(she was my cheerleader) and did 1 mile in 5:59 in the dark. 1:23, 2:58, 4:31, 5:59. I am super happy that it wasn't that hard. I did some weight workouts yesterday and my calves were super sore the entire run (each step hurt). But good thing it didn't hinder the track workout. The mile felt more relaxed compared to last week, but still struggled at the end. Next week I start dance class again from summer break. I am very nervous because I am certain I will be overtrained. I'll have to be very careful. Hopefully I don't have to run less but most likely will.
