1 mile in around 8 min pace. Taylor tried to do 800m but just did 400 meters in about 70 seconds. After a long rest he tried for the 800 again and got 2:42. He needs to buy a watch. I did 3 laps with a long rest in between each. I got 81, 77, and 80. This workout tells me that I really need to focus more. I forget to push when my muscles start to give out. I am not used to going into the anaerobic zone. Once I retrain myself to be more long suffering I think my mile time will get much faster. |
