Last night I ran 2 miles at midnight and then went to bed at 4am. I got up at 7:30 with a total of 3 1/2hrs of sleep. Also, all week I had not gotten enough sleep. I thought my run would go miserably, but I had a crazy amount of energy. (All Sunday I had a ton of energy also, but finally crashed on Monday).
With some of the Pachevs. 1 mile warm up and 3 miles after the 2 fast. I did 2 fast and my goal was sub 12:40 but I got 12:25 so I was happy. I think my first mile was 6:15 but I am not sure.
