5k with Bella 25:25! Little under 2 miles in 22:06 around the Murray park.

3 in the morning, 23:36. Last quarter was 1:16. 

At night I did the track workout. First 100m was 20. I was on track for the first lap. It was 76, but the 500m was 24. I thought I was doing fine but I guess I slowed down, which I really regret. But I was running in the dark and I think I stopped the 500m too far.  Jogged 200m. Last 300m was 54. Total was 2:34. It was painful so I know I did alright at least.

I ran for 10 min. Have no idea for the distance but around 7 min pace. I was at trek and used a lot of energy pulling the handcart and not resting as much. But at the end of the day I managed to get some friends to light my path in the dark while I ran in circles. Got Eliza(my friend) to run a little too. She is probably the least best at running but is the most willing person to somewhat run with me.

Regionals 800 meters race. 2:38.28. First lap was 76. It was 96 degrees. Since I just got back from trek that afternoon I think I would have done better if I had enough sleep, got less sun, ran more yesterday, and had more water. 
At night I did 1.5 miles in 12:30. I always have track hack so it was a little hard.
