8:02. I had no time to do more and it was dark when it was cold enough. My joints were hurting, I think from not enough sleep.
28:06. Last quarter was 1:09(downhill). The slow run felt hard but the sprint was good. Stretching more before the run helped though.
16:33. Lately I have been way too lazy with running. I really don't know why but it has been hard to go at 8 min pace.
23:45. So hot! I hate summer.
