7:41. Last quarter was 1:15. Even though I made sure to measure correctly, I measured again where I do my sprints and realized it was pretty far off. So running 1:15 wile adding about 140 feet is pretty good for me. But that means some of my sprints are pretty far off. This run also felt hard, I think it is just taking me a long time to warm up. I actually still have some track hack that is hard to get out, but it isn't bad at all.
