1:19:41. It was 40 degrees and I had so much energy!

2 with the girls in around 17:20, Then 2 in 16:30 I think with some of the boys. 2 down the canyon in 12:25. The first mile was 6:11. I only got 5.5 hours of sleep and I was feeling it. It was hard. After several hours did 2 more in 15:40 by myself (last mile was 7:26 which is decent)

1:09:30. Big winter storm and tons of snow! It was a torturous run this morning. We all ran around the parking lot and then some sidewalk, it felt like I was running for 5 hours.

By myself in the canyon in 1:05:10. After 4.25 I did 0.5 in 3:04, then an easy half mile, then 0.5 in 3:07. Still think I am lacking a lot of sleep because I couldn't even hold 6 min pace for half a mile. It wasn't painful, or I didn't feel out of shape, but I just couldn't go faster.

32:39. I had plenty of energy to do more but my arch felt very strained from walking all day. I just need to go to bed on time and get up earlier to run in the morning.

6x800. Around 2:46. Last one was 2:42 which is not too far from my PR. I wasn't coughing which helped me not panic.
