I was lazy all day and did barely anything. I have so much energy now.

2 in the morning at home in 16:04. There was a lot of snow and it was so cold it hurt my lungs.

6 in the canyon in 46:42 with some snow. It felt so good to run.

1:05:30 by myself in the canyon. I didn't sleep enough so it felt hard. I think I froze too, it was 18 degrees. Did a little bonus early this morning because I ran to school from the car (0.6 miles). It was 0 degrees then! A good start to your day.

2 in 15:26. 3.3 to the car shop in around 29:00 (with the girls). 3 around 8 min pace with a very cold 1000 meters in 4:12. Was trying to go 10k race pace but had no idea of my speed.

2 in around 17:00 with everyone in Saint George. Then 2 more around 14:00, the 2nd mile was 6:02 (tried to go 10k race pace). It felt a little hard so should go a bit slower. 2 more in 16:00.

Tapering for the race. In Arizona did 2 around 18:00 and then 2 more around 16:00. Only running 2 miles and being lazy made me have so much energy! I go crazy if I can't run.

Mesa 10k in Arizona! 39:43 (5 minute PR!) with the 2 5 kilometres being a PR also. I got 7th/905 women's overall, and 1/32 for women's age group. To my surprise I felt better afterwards than on a normal Saturday workout. When we got home just me and the girls ran for 18:00 (around 2 miles). I still felt great, I don't know where the energy is coming from, probably form the long car ride to get here.
