48:45. It has been hard to go 8 min pace. I did the last mile in 7:04.
15:56. It's a dance day.
I went to the hot springs all day, got home when it was too dark and was not allowed to run.
46:55. It was very pleasant but I took a lot of stops.
15:09. Last half was 3:09. I only did two because I will have a 3 hr dance class tonight.
