There was a lot of slush and I have a lot of turn arounds in my course, so I ran easy. 6 in 46:22, then 3 hours later did 2 in 15:25. My lungs felt tired from a cold, but the more I ran the better I felt.
Dance class was hard from running, but I am very happy with my decision to only focus on running.
I think it is strange that I have been only getting 6-7.5 hours of sleep but I haven't been tired, I usually need 8.5.
