I worked all day, and then took a nap. 2 in 15:50.
3x1000 on the track, finally not covered in snow! 3:39, 3:39, and 3:38! Still have a cold but it is not affecting my running anymore. I really missed doing track workouts. It is funny how good I feel after pushing myself really hard. I haven't felt this good mentally since the last track workout. I can tell I chose the right sport, the more workouts I do, the more desire I have to run, and the happier I feel. 0.5 miles to YW activity, then 2.5 in 20:09 at 11:00pm.
