1 mile warmup, then attempted to run a 5k on the track. Sasha paced me. The goal was to do the 5k in 94s, which should be totally doable, but it seemed impossible today. We did the first mile in 6:20, started panicking at the 1k, at the 2k I was falling apart so I decided to do a 3k instead. Got 11:57. The panic was more physical, I only started mentally panicking when it felt extremely hard. I am very stressed from school and I think that played a big part. But, I am still extremely motivated and actually look forward to every workout.
Ran 4 miles in 33:43. Calves are super sore. I am very tired now.
