42:54. One mile in the afternoon in 7:59! 4 at 10:30pm in 34:55. The last quarter was 1:30! My ankle feels very good. Trying to teach myself how to walk and run without limping. My run was still slow because I was still very very stiff from improper form. I still feel like there is something holding me back, it felt very hard just to go at normal pace.
