38:52. Last half was 2:52. My run was in the dark and with a turnaround every quarter. Since I got out the door late I was tired and didn't want to run. But at the end of the run I didn't want to stop running! I am just very grateful for running and how it always boosts my mood. Running seems to be the only thing that is that effective at clearing my mind from negative thoughts and getting overwhelmed. So grateful to have practically free therapy!
