2000 meters at the track in 7:18 (in Saint George with lower elevation). 83, 2:55, 4:27(I think), then 5:52. A guy at the track offered to pace me, so I didn't end up having to run alone. His name is Matt, he is 39, and trains for the Iron man. My workout seemed pretty easy to him.
My family went to a trail that was actually my turn around I ran yesterday. Ran back and forth for around .75 miles to park, and then ran home 3 miles in the 85 degree heat in 23:07.
Just this past week I have noticed a lot of improvement. Usually in the 2000m I would be sore, but now I don't even feel like I had done a workout. I am also just feeling so good from the runner's high. It is the best.
