1:04:53. We did a half mile warmup up and then ran 1 mile downhill in 5:51. It felt hard, but it felt normal hard. The rest of the 6.5 miles were in 54:31. This pace felt perfect, I really believe I should be doing easy miles at around 8:15 pace. My HR was 160. Compared to 184, I think that is a big difference. I felt very good today with zero stress.
