First 2 in around 9 min pace with Taylor, Davis, and the Pachevs. Then just Taylor, Davis, William, and I did one in around 7:20. Today was interesting and important for my development. I worked 9.5 hours at the daycare then I drove Taylor and Davis to Orem to volunteer for the Utah Foster Care kids night out event. I have been struggling a lot just this month with stress from the past from my cousin who took advantage of me. It is hard to be around boys sometimes and today was especially hard. I wanted to take note of today because after the most stressful drive, instead of volunteering I took time stay outside and release my fears and replace it with God's truth. I was able to calm my nervous system completely, and I think I finally figured out a way to stay calm. Hopefully I will have less stress in these situations because of the things I learned. After the run, William had a long conversation with us and we were able to make amends. I am very grateful for the Atonement of Jesus Christ that fixes every wrong.
