1:03:27. I was going to do a 5k track workout but felt strongly yesterday that I need to go easy. I have been slowly overtraining myself over a few months. This last month I experienced more fatigue than ever in my life, but I keep brushing it to the side. I felt exhausted running easy today also, and I am struggling mentally because I am so tired. All I want to do is run but it is making me miserable.
