Warm-up mile in around 8:30. Did first 2 laps of Matthew's mile on the track in 2:57. 1 mile home in around 8:30. About an hour later I did 3 miles in 23:11. I took a nap in the afternoon and felt good after that. So happy I have energy! I am working 30 hours a week and taking 4 classes, so I can't be tired like before.
