25:12. I felt great but for some reason I just wanted to be lazy all day. I worked 5 hours then took a nap and did nothing. I would have just ran in the morning but that makes working miserable. I always have tons of energy in the morning and night but then can't seem to function in the afternoon. I don't know if I am just lazy or need more rest and sleep. I think this is a sign I need to change some habits.
