Around 1:02:00. Today gave me some hope that I will start improving soon. It was pouring rain, but not too cold. After 4 easy miles up the canyon Sasha paced me for 2 in 12:23 (6:05, 6:18). I think this was very good because we were drenched and tired, and I had run a workout just yesterday. However, I got more sleep, which made a huge difference. I think the main problem is simply not enough sleep.
