Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran on the Battleby Darby park main trail while Becca walked. Felt good, quickly becoming my favorite area to run. Followed it up with a romantic dinner at the melting pot.
4 easy miles in bg around the stadium, track, and xc course. Lots of aches and pains, might take a couple days off. Also ran right after eating at the oaks which didn't help.
Forgot how much hills and altitude can break you down when you're coming from Ohio. Awesome run with Jake, definitely felt less strong than I did on Sunday 😅.
