Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran 2.5-3 miles that included 3 quarter mile pickups. My goal was 75 seconds for each but I think they were each just over that. Phone died towards the end so I'm not sure what the exact distance was.
Ran on the treadmill and did a mile in 5:26. Felt really tough but also like I could have kicked at the end. Would be interesting to see how that went on a track.
