Mile warm up and then 6x800m at goal 5k pace with a quarter mile recovery jog in between each, and half a mile between the 3rd and 4th. Was trying to run between 2:50 and 2:55. The first 4 were all between 2:45 and 2:50. The 5th was just over 2:50 and the last one was just over 2:55. A combination of me running out of gas and the last one being all uphill. Pretty good workout all things considered. |
