Ran a little over 4 miles at a comfortable pace and walked 1. I'm feeling good about my fitness and my ability to manage injuries. The massage gun and a couple pt exercises have given me pretty good control over my achilles, hopefully that continues to improve. I feel like I'm getting into good shaoe too. 4 miles at 7:30 pace felt like an easy walk today, as opposed to just last month when the same distance/pace felt like medium level workout. Tomorrow I'll find out if I'm in as good shape as I think I am when I do the 2x2 mile workout at goal HM pace. |
