What a great day for running. I ran a loop and a half around Navajo lake with John R. We had such a good conversation, love that dude, he seriously has been such a good friend to me over the years, and is largely responsible for my love of ultra running. Some highlights include seeing a Bald Eagle, realizing the back half of the trail was too full of snow and fallen logs and bushwacking it down to the road, and talking about the Jazz and how much we love them.
