| Went out to confluence park, and apparently today is the day when the running center crew gets together to run. I ran with them, and Logan and we did a 4 mile tempo run, my first one in a long time. It was really good. The first mile was 6.15, and they each got faster until the last one was 5.37. The total time was 23.32, so I'm really happy with that effort.

| I felt kinda weird and light headed at the beginning of the run, but got feeling better as we went along. Fun convo with coach about covid, masks, dating, running, and anything else that matters. Jk, it was just a nice relaxed run, with some peaceful, open spaces. I loved it. We also kept speeding up little by little over the last couple miles, and had a pretty strong finish. I really liked the loop, I'll be back.

| What a great day for running. I ran a loop and a half around Navajo lake with John R. We had such a good conversation, love that dude, he seriously has been such a good friend to me over the years, and is largely responsible for my love of ultra running. Some highlights include seeing a Bald Eagle, realizing the back half of the trail was too full of snow and fallen logs and bushwacking it down to the road, and talking about the Jazz and how much we love them.
