Met up with Michaela and Dan, ran down to this park and did a cool little speed workout of 400, 600, 800, 600, 400, 2x200. The 400s were in about 1:10-1:12, the 600s were at like 1:50, maybe a smidge faster (I'm writing this a few days after the fact, so times are not exact), the 800 was 2:30, and I have no idea what the 200s were. Good workout, it was fun to do some speed, I did dry heave after the second 600, so that was exciting haha.
