(It was daylight saving's time, so technically it was 4:45 am to 12:45 pm)

I ran 3 miles on an ISU treadmill at a rate between 5.6 to 6.3. I also walked 0.25 miles for a warmup.
I walked 0.5 miles while studying.

I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up, then I ran 1.75 miles. Next I lifted my legs.
