At the Capitol H.S. track, I walked 1 mile as a warm-up, then I jogged 3 miles at a rate of 10:00/mile, then I walked 1.25 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 5.25 miles.

I walked 5.5 miles in the forest. The distance is a conservative estimate since I did not have a Garmin with me. (Update: with a Garmin the distance was 5.6 miles).

On my treadmill, I walked 3 miles at a moderate incline, then I jogged 1 mile at a rate of 4.8 to 5.4, then I walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 4.5 miles.

On my treadmill, I walked 1.5 miles at a moderate incline as a warm-up, then I jogged 3.25 miles at a rate of 4.8 to 6.8 and also after the first mile at an incline of 1-5, then I walked 2 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 6.75 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 980 calories. 

During the first 1-1.5 miles of my jog, my knees felt very tender/sore. The last 1.75 miles of my jog my knees felt fine. My knees have felt this way for most of this year, and I think the damage is somewhat permanent. Very frustrating!

On my treadmill I walked 1.5 miles at a moderate incline as a warm-up, then I jogged 2.5 miles at a pace of 4.8-5.2, then I walked 1.25 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 5.25 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 735 calories. My knees actually felt much better than they did several days ago; only very minor tenderness that was hardly noticeable today.

My legs felt a little fatigued, as I have covered distance 9 of the last 11 days. The treadmill said that I burned 705 calories. Total distance was 5 miles.

I walked 1.5 miles at my old high school track, then I drove to CHS track and walked 0.5 miles as a warm-up. Next, I jogged 3.5 miles at a rate of 10:30/mile, then I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down. I would have jogged 4 miles, but the sprinklers came on and cut my run short. As I walked a single lap during my cool-down, I noticed some stiffness/tenderness in my left calf. I will have to monitor that in the future. Total distance was 5.75 miles.
