On my treadmill I walked 1.5 miles at a moderate incline as a warm-up, then I jogged 2.5 miles at a pace of 4.8-5.2, then I walked 1.25 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 5.25 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 735 calories. My knees actually felt much better than they did several days ago; only very minor tenderness that was hardly noticeable today. |
