10.02 on the stairclimber at the gym, first and last miles were probably both 6:30 or slower so 2-9 were probably in the 5:50-5:55 range, I don't know why but I really like the stairclimber.
2.5 on the treadmill in just under 15 minutes, then 2.62 on the stairclimber in 15 minutes, with the second mile in 5:35, then 23 minutes on the treadmill at 7:30 pace, and 3.25 in 22 minutes on the treadmill.
