Did a track workout today, 1.5 warmup, the 1 x 1600, 1x1200, 1x800, and 3 x400. The mile was pretty easy, 5:20, then still pretty easy for the 12: 3:53. Ran 2:15 in the 8 so pretty hard, then 68, 63, and 66 for the 4's, jogging in between. 4 mile cooldown plus 10 min. on the stairclimber. |
