A.M.: Ran six miles at a 7:21 pace. I learned something new this morning. My weakness in running is hills. This morning i was learning how to move my body forward and that would help me keep my pace. To me this is a new experience and i really enjoyed learning it. I would say that it was God given wisdom. Have a great day!
