Good run this morning with Kory. I ran eight miles and he ran fourteen. My overall pace was 6:59. I can not believe that the Pocatello marathon race is next weekend. WOW, time is really going by fast. This weekend i am going to a family reunion so in Rupert not much else planned. Thanks for reading and have a great day! :-)

Thanks for the run Barry. Thanks for all the times you've picked me up to prepare for this race.

God's going to honor your training next week.
