Nice easy run of four miles at a 7:24 pace. I am a little more sore than i though i would be, but that is OK with me. This week will be a relaxing week for me and then back at it next. I am training for another half marathon in November called the "Just Cuz." Then i am thinking about cutting back a couple of weeks for winter.
