Nice easy run of four miles at a 7:24 pace. I am a little more sore than i though i would be, but that is OK with me. This week will be a relaxing week for me and then back at it next. I am training for another half marathon in November called the "Just Cuz." Then i am thinking about cutting back a couple of weeks for winter. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day and week!! :-)

Barry I would hold off the training for two weeks. You don't want to start back after only one week. Especially with this course being a lot of downhill. I would start the training on September 21. Just run easy till than, (short distances). Trust me this will make the training for the next HM easier, and you won't get back on the horse too soon risking an injury. I will also start training with you as well then.
