Another day of running ten miles. My pace was 7:22. Ever since i started running ten in the morning my IT muscle has been really sore. Any suggestions why? Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Barry, which leg is it? There could be several things causing this including not enough support in your shoes or running on un-even surfaces for too long.

From Barry on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 13:39:43 from 67.61.234.251

Both legs.

Are you off on Friday? Stretch and foam roll would be a good start and help loosen things up.

Kory,

I am off Friday. I was thinking about running 16. What were you thinking?

18 on the Pocatello course and get up early to do it. Because it will be hot.

Barry, I think that sounds like a good mileage pattern. Are you planning to race the rest of the summer?

From Barry on Tue, Jun 30, 2009 at 17:16:52 from 67.61.234.251

Kory, Sounds good to me. What time did you want to start? Also, are you off Friday?

Steve, I would like to run more races, but there is not very many around here. What Marathon was you thinking about having me run with you?
