Had a nice easy run this morning with Kory. My pace was 7:27, my body feels like i am running at 40 - 50% back from being sick. But with prayer and the medication i am on will help me get back to 100%. Not much planned for today, Church, going out to eat, rest and a movie. So all of you who are fathers, may God bless you and have a great day!

Are you going to run Pocatello this year or continue concentrating on half marathons?

Hi Barry,

Happy fathers day, we had a great day. Not sure the exact temp but it was around 30 degrees but the humidy was really tough and to boot the clouds stayed away for 39 mins which meant beating down sun. Can't complain though I feel blessed to have had the opportunity and I believe its races like this that will help me find that sub 3 that I want so badly.

I am sure you had a great fathers day and I wish you a speedy recover to 100 percent.
