Good run today with Kory. But toward the end of my run i felt like my legs were getting stiff and had a hard running. Anyway i ran 16.01 miles at a 7:08 pace. Thanks Kory for running with me! Yesterday was a good day for me and my wife we had a great time with my son before he left for Flordia. I guess that he will be gone for a year before we will be able to see him again, i sure hope the year goes by fast. Thanks for reading and have a great day and weekend!

Impressive run! You are running these long runs very strong. Are you considering a marathon this year? I think you would do awesome.

Thanks Jim. Sorry i have been out of town for the weekend. I am thinking about running the Pocatello marathon. or another run in Utah. I still need to build up my mileage more to run a marathon. Also great job on your race and a PR, that is awesome. Are you going to run a marathon soon?
