Ran six miles at a 7:16 pace with a 1.0 incline. Another uneventful run on the treadmill. Not much planed for today, work and sit-ups and rest.

Barry, I won't do any sit-ups this close to your race if you haven't been doing them consistently. Because by some chance they cause back pain, then your training is for nothing.

You don't want to add anything extra during your taper.

Thanks, i thought that sit-ups would not hurt, but i see your point. How did your daughter test turn out?
