Morning: Had a good run today. While running i saw two dear in town, i was a little surprised but where i saw them i felt they were going to be safe.

Evening: Good run on the treadmill. My pace was a 7:51 with 3.5 miles at a 0.5 incline and 0.5 miles 1.0 incline and 2.0 miles at 1.5 incline and 1.0 miles at 2.0 incline. Thanks for reading and have a great day

Barry I didn't have a problem deleting one of my shoes out of my list. I think your doing it wrong. Just click the "delete shoe" button next to the shoe, but don't un-check the shoe when you do this.
