Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Same as yesterday. Solid 5.5 of the parkway loop then I was surprised to have both the girls dressed and waiting to jog around the neighborhood. We got a good mile and a half in with a few breaks for side stitches. Good morning. (Kinvara 2 Yellow: 22.75)
